Our current estimated shipping time is 1-3 days, but most orders Monday - Friday will ship same day, excluding pre-orders.

A quoted shipping time frame will be given per pre-order, we will do our best to meet this goal, but understand things out of our control can and will happen, please wait until the quoted time has elapsed before contacting us for updates. We will do our best to publicly provide information regarding any delays due to manufacturing, weather, holidays, etc.

If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will not ship until the pre-order item is complete. If you desire to receive non-pre-order items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

Orbital Drop Supply LLC is not liable for missing or lost packages. Once your order is received by USPS (or UPS, FedEx, etc) we have no control. If a delivery issue or delay arises please contact the selected delivery service for assistance with the provided tracking information.
