Orbital Drop Supply is currently operating on a batch ordering system. When you place your order you are securing a spot in the next production run. A general timeline of what to expect in terms of production and delivery is provided on the product page at the time of checkout, this may vary.

There may be variables during production such as closures due to holidays or inclement weather, shipping delays, etc. Updates will be provided via the announcement bar and social media when new information is available.

Orders received after a batch closing date will fall into the following batch. If any extra items remain from the previous batch, orders may be filled sooner on a first come first serve basis but is not guaranteed.

Batch quantity is limited, if spots sellout before the announced closing date is reached, the batch will close and enter production early.

Once ordering for a batch is closed, orders are locked in, no cancellations. If you cancel prior to closing, refunds will be issued and are subject to have 3% withheld for card processing fees.
